This cloneable uses the x-on:submit attribute, which overrides the default Webflow form submission flow allowing you to pass data in your desired format to your backend of choice.
You can remove the x-on:submit attribute; however, the custom single-select and multi-select will be treated as regular checkbox and radio inputs by Webflow.
